Yoga Retreat in the Hudson Valley / Nov. 4-6, 2022
Join us in Rosendale, NY November 4th-6th to savor the autumn. We will gather on a 150-acre eco-lodge overlooking the Catskills to make sure you wake up with mountain views and doze off into quiet nights. There are hiking trails on-site. The largest waterfall in the area is a few minutes away. Bonfires are planned. It's a nature immersion!
We will prepare abundant and nourishing meals each day. Our chef will cook her favourite kind of cuisine, seasonal and vegetable-driven. Your food will be wholesome, delicious and beautiful.
Optional meditation sessions each morning. Daily all-levels yoga classes. Plenty of time for walks, forest bathing, book reading, journaling, catching up with someone near and dear (who might be yourself?). Eating carefully curated wholesome meals. Nourishment for body and soul. Sweat a little, eat a little, chill a little, sleep a lot.

Chef Itta Werdiger cooks farm-to-table cuisine using locally grown, seasonal produce to star in her vegetable-driven meals. Itta believes eating well is an opportunity to give yourself love and she wants you to have it. Her food is full of joy and creativity and will nourish you from spirit to toe.

How do I get there?
Lifebridge Foundation Inc, 333 Mountain Rd, Rosendale, NY 12472 is easily accessible from New York City via car or bus. It takes between 2-2.5 hours to arrive from Manhattan (traffic notwithstanding). We will coordinate with those seeking rides/offering rides or help you with your bus reservations.
What kind of yoga is this?
Paige Gottheim is known for her creative slow-flow vinyasa classes and her accessible, compassionate approach to teaching yoga. With over a decade of teaching experience and a depth of alignment knowledge, philosophical understanding, and years of personal meditation practice, she teaches classes that embrace a wide range of students. Persons of all levels of athletic ability, experience, strength, and capacity are welcome.
What time can I arrive?
Anytime on Friday after 3pm. Many folks are likely traveling from NYC, so we scheduled the first yoga practice to begin in the evening. If you arrive early, take your time, have a nosh, explore the woods, enjoy a nap, read a book. If you need to come after a full workday, you are still welcome to join although you may miss class. What is your COVID policy?
Following the Lifebridge Foundation Covid-19 protocol we suggest each participant arrive fully vaccinated. For everyone’s safety, we require a negative antigen (rapid) test on the day of the retreat. We will monitor the CDC guidelines and changing situation closely. If we need to adjust our requirements as we near the retreat, we will communicate changes with participants with ample time to abide. If you have any questions regarding these requirements please reach out.
What will I be eating?
Itta Werdiger is an acclaimed chef and a whiz in the kitchen. Itta is known for creating incredibly delicious, gourmet plant-forward food that will make you want to eat your veggies. Your daily meals will source local, organic ingredients, farm-to-table style. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know. We’ve got you covered.
What if I get sick?
We know times are unpredictable. If you need to cancel your reservation due to COVID-related complications, you have two options. You can transfer your reservation to another person as long as they abide by the group safety policies. Otherwise, we will issue you a refund less $260 non-refundable deposit per person. We do not issue refunds for other reasons, but you may transfer your reservation to someone else who follows the prescribed safety protocol.
