Fall Back into Practice

Yoga Retreat in the Hudson Valley / Oct. 29-31

Join us in Rosendale, NY from October 29th-31st for the most nourishing weekend of your fall. We will gather on a 150-acre eco-lodge overlooking the Catskills to make sure you wake up with mountain views and doze off into quiet nights. There are hiking trails on-site. The largest waterfall in the area is a few minutes away. Bonfires are planned. It's a nature immersion!

We will cook you abundant healthy gourmet meals a day. And they are legit. Like the chef ran her own beloved cafe on Washington Ave years back and now just cooks for special folks. And the thing is she doesn't like anyone to be hungry...ever.

Optional meditation sessions each morning. Daily all-levels yoga classes. Plenty of time and space for walks, forest bathing, book reading, journaling, catching up with someone near and dear (who might be yourself?) And the food. Did we mention the food? It's SO YUM! Sweat a little, eat a little, chill a little. Repeat.

It’s the fall. Savor it. Get out of town with us.

Eat delicious, healthy, nourishing food.

Renown chef Itta Werdiger will serve you creative and inspiring plant-based meals every day. Her food is world-renown (really, she flies all over the globe to cook for people!). In addition to being a master of the culinary arts, Itta is a stand-up comedian and joke machine! In other words, we will laugh a lot too :)

Yoga to unwind, restore, and revitalize your senses.

Nourishing yoga practice to help you fully disconnect from the city and prepare your nervous system for a weekend of indulging in great food, amazing natural surroundings, and the most important thing: YOU. Optional mediation each morning and thai massage offerings.

Connect with the nature that surrounds you.

Accommodations are situated on 150+ acres of wooded property near the Mohonk Reserve in the Catskills. Cozy, tucked away, and built on a mountain of quartz crystal- the perfect retreat for a weekend of deep rest. Single, double or dorm occupancies available.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive anytime on Friday after 3pm. Many folks are likely traveling from the city, so we scheduled the first yoga practice to begin in the evening. If you arrive early, take your time, have a nosh, explore the woods, enjoy a nap, read a book. If you need to come after a full workday, you are still welcome to join although you may miss a class.

What is your COVID policy?

Following the Lifebridge Foundation Covid-19 protocol we encourage each participant to arrive fully vaccinated and boosted. We require a negative covid (rapid) test result on the day of the retreat. We will monitor the CDC guidelines and changing situation closely. If we need to adjust our requirements as we near the retreat, we will communicate changes with participants with plenty of time to abide. If you have any questions regarding these requirements please reach out.

What will I be eating?

Itta Werdiger is an acclaimed chef and a whiz in the kitchen. Itta is known for creating incredibly delicious, gourmet plant-forward food that will make you want to eat your veggies. Your 3 daily meals will source local, organic ingredients, farm-to-table style. If you have any dietary restrictions, just let us know. We’ve got you covered too.

What if I get sick?

We know times are unpredictable. If you need to cancel your reservation due to COVID-related complications, you have two options.
